"I am passionate about supporting women to take back control over their hormones, their health and their bodies. I love to work with female health issues such as PCOS, endometriosis, PMS and really enjoy seeing the improvements my clients get from making seemingly small changes. I specialise in working with women over 35, like myself, who are starting to notice changes that can signal the beginning of perimenopause and menopause. I strongly believe women need more reliable information on what's happening to them and their body during this transition so that they are empowered to support themselves to be the best version of themselves. My mission is to help clients to build sustainable diet and lifestyle habits that keep them healthy and thriving from puberty to menopause and beyond. I believe in simple, practical tools that work for even the busiest of women - no restriction required!"

Nutritionist
I work with women to support female hormone health which ranges from reducing PMS, improving blood sugar, managing PCOS and helping to regulate menstrual cycles to supporting women who are trying to conceive. As a mum to a young toddler, I am also passionate about supporting women through their pregnancy and postpartum stages. I have a particular interest in optimising digestion as that is how my own journey into nutrition began. I always aim to meet a client where they are at with their current nutrition by suggesting realistic and practical solutions.
